Request for Proposals: K Site

The Office of Housing is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting qualified housing developers to submit proposals for development of affordable housing and arts and cultural space on City property located at 607 Second Avenue North. The RFP describes City requirements and priorities, and offers capital funding in addition to discounted property to support the development.

Final proposals are due Wednesday, August 29 at noon.
