Request for Proposals: Yesler Terrace
The Office of Housing joined Seattle Housing Authority in issuing an RFP to identify a non-profit partner to develop affordable housing at 13th Ave between E Fir and Yesler Streets. SHA is purchasing the site from King County, and OH intends to invest $6 million in the selected project. This project will be part of the overall Yesler Terrace Redevelopment.
Proposals are due on August 24th.
SHA will host a question and answer session at the Epstein Opportunity Center at 120 8th Avenue in Seattle on June 14th at 1pm.
